Jeff's solid background in building began while working for his grandfather in Indiana at age 15. Jeff learned all phases of construction from job site clean up to successfully managing a General Contracting and Remodeling Business as President for a 10-year period. His grandfather's teachings, "Do the right thing, because it is the right thing to do," has been the guiding force behind Jeff's successful career as a builder.

Jeff has over 33 years experience in the building business. He has been building custom and speculative homes in the Chapel Hill area since 1993. In addition to Meadowmont, his distinctive homes can been seen in the following neighborhoods: Oakcrest, Brookfield, Lake Hogan Farms, Berryhill, Hundred Oaks, The Reserve, Field of Dreams, Zapata Lane and Creekwood.

Jeff supervises all aspects of the building process. He selects the best tradesman and subcontractors to insure a quality product. Jeff has high standards and builds a house with the same attention to detail as he would his own home. He works well with people to make decisions, work within budget, meet time frames, and satisfy the customer. He guarantees his work and offers absolute service before, during and after the home is built.
