At Meadowmont there are limited opportunities to select a homesite and choose a builder to design and construct a home. The following list of builders has been pre-approved to build custom homes at Meadowmont. Although they have been pre-approved, any homes built must still be reviewed and approved by the Meadowmont Architectural Review Committee.
