Meadowmont residents Ed and Deborah Roach have teamed up with Executive Chef Matt Romatzick, to bring a California-French style restaurant to the Village. Classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Matt moved his family here recently from Sonoma, California, where he was the Executive Chef for a gourmet catering company. He also trained at fine restaurants in Los Angeles and the Napa Valley. Chef Matt and his talented staff strive to use fresh local ingredients, featuring a seasonal menu from fresh seafood, steak, and chicken to a vegetable risotto, all served in a casual atmosphere. Patio Dining is available, as well as group dinners. Interesting wines are featured in nightly specials.
